Old People, New Times
Wahahaha...On fri i organised a steamboat buffet outing with the ex-platoon 1...the platoon that vanished overnight. It is strange that while Mindef is opening up new company Zulu, new platoons...our dear CDS is closing down platoons. Haha...Well i didn't know that the Steamboat place that i wanted to go had many people. So in the end dunno who went into a cmi and expensive steamboat buffet restaurant.
It is nice to see the people you have once been doing duty with...day-in day-out...enduring all the shit together...like kena called back to clean the Bravo station on your standby week. or kena confined by the unreasonable CSM or CO.
Haha...the best of all is to hear and talk about all the old times (xiang dang nian) like the time we almost drove into the sea...crashing our cars into the trees...etc
From the blog of others i could recall we had a steamboat somewhere near this xmas season...I remember we had one whole stretch of holidays whereby we were all celebrating in camp...this also marks the time we saw the birth of 4 kittens...
Early in the morning we opened up the xray station...and i heard the wailing sound of kittens....4 lovely kittens were on the xray machine...perhaps to the raining season the mother cat wanted to keep the kittens warm and thus placed them inside the xray machine...haha...it never fail to surprise us with the kittens inside the machine when we go there. Its sad to hear that our beloved kitten...a stupid one has died. Especially when I have spent alot of time playing with it during duty....I will miss you.
