Well...met up the orthodontist at 1115am...someone was in front of me...then the process began...bathing the teeth...haha removed all my "coffee stains"....then the doc began to stick the metal pieces to my mouth...then string the "line" and i was done....took almost 1hr to do that...wahahaha....2 person working on my mouth!
then the doc warned me not to eat any hard stuff or sugary stuff for the next 2yrs of treatment.... -_-"
The first thing i did was to go to Long John Silver to have lunch and i ordered a seafood combo....i bite! and i realise i am even weaker than before. It feels great to have the separaters removed ....
anywayz i realised i can't eat anything now that 1 day has passed....teeth has started to move and it just feel pressure whenever i touch it...
Going for cohesion at sentosa later....
