Thurs morning although raning CAT1 wor we still had our IPPT Test...my window haven't open lor...Haha but very funny I did pretty well...then 2.4km they made us run in the rain...

I dunno why I very gian...feel like getting IPPT gold! then can put the badge on my uniform! Short of 1min ...i know its very hard to shorten by 1min but nonetheless i shall try to train within this month.
Haha alot of the people chui already lor...cannot run liao! see la eat too much liao~
haha i came in 3rd out of like 30 people or so...
