Standby Week is here AGAIN...was expecting a slack sat duty when the Standby platoon people did not come for activation. To top it off, someone from my platoon fell sick...was running at minimal strength.
Today was damn pissed off...Mounting platoon people start to take MC, Leave and wad Compassionate leave...they activated 6 just for a weekend duty. This means that tmr we have to activate at least 6 people.
I am sick and tired of this system...unfair distribution of work, or when there's no incentives to perform. People starts taking MC....
Everyone is entitled to 14 days of leave each year, but UNLIMITED MCs....Wads the point of being there for every duty and nobody appreciates your effort; Instead i have my "NEW" platoon sergent commenting that we must respect a frequent stunner for coming for duty -_-"
