Time seemed to pass so fast....think muz be because of the holidays...like work 4 days a week only
Too bad coming week is full week lor....have many things in the schedule. IPPT running, Swimming n SOC...sianz
Last week wed n thurs teach rope....which is quite bo liao...wed went navy museum...take bus 1hr go 1hr come back...go there see 30min only. Lame.. thurs evening got ippt training...raining then got static...then rain stop then go back run. Next day morning run....siao...also got static...this week the static is stupid step up...leg ache like siao...then evening wanted us to swim..CAT1 still make us run n swim one...siao
