TODAY I'M SO LAN LAN (DU LAN / PISSED OFF / ANGRY)Okie wait...didn't i say i accepted a new job?
Quite okay the job...i'm covering a girl for 1 week la so currently i'm occupied...the people is quite nice...except the 3 big boss (owners). The company is really small....3 bosses ( 2 guys n a lady) and 9 other people (includin me).
1st day i was asked to work 9.30am - 6.30pm....then i was surprised when the staff told me to go at 6. FULL time staffs work from 9am - 6pm. Tue the same thing. The stuff i was doing can range from alot of things to do to....slightly slacked schedule. so wed i went at 9....there was a surge of work and i had to finish only at 6.30pm. Isn't that an OT?
Today when i got the BOSS (he's holding HR n Accounts position la) to sign my timesheet....he blabber some things about wad wad wad which i dun understand. He said he'll talk to my supervisor. Then my sup came back DULAN also....
Apparently...He doesn't want to pay for the OT....and he claims that if i'm slow and unable to finish...it's my business. If i don't like it, monday i can dun go. Also...he ask me to come at 9.30am so that on a normal day...work will usually finish at 6pm....so he'll end up paying 7.5hr (hurrey! savings for him). Even if there's a surge...i'll probably work till 6.30pm....so he'll have to pay normal 8hrs. THIS IS LAME!
I wonder if he's an idiot.
If that's his theory....why wldn't he ask the agency to put down...work from 9.30 - 10pm...then in case really really really need resources he can hire me at NORMAL rate....
And since he's so calculative....i shall take a full 1hr break (norm i take 30-40min lunch break) from monday onwards.
