And another SADDENING NEWS!!! OMG...my waist measures 33cm!!! 3yrs ago only 30cm okie! and guess wad's my weight? 70kg le.... :( 4more kg then i OVERWEIGHT!

CANNOT.... so...i trying to challenge myself...to slim down to 65kg can? haha
