Singapore TelecoEh pardon me for being SLOW...wow this war has happened more than 1 month ago...
This is how M1 treats its long time customer (ME!) ever since i joined M1 after my O levels...got 3mths plus liao...my plan i think is PRIME plan...is non existent now...replaced with all those plans that gives more SMS (700 compared to my 300), FREE incoming (compared to mine $21 bucks for talktime) and MORE IMPORTANTLY, CHARGE CHEAPER! (25+ compared to my 27 bucks)
And to think i still have to pay for Caller displayer, which i unsubscribed...
Okie...i am trying hard not to FLAR UP....omg...sux sia M1 is not doing anything to retain its subscriber!!!! and to think they'll try all their best to keep u with them only when your contract ends and you wants to terminate your contract with them.
Okie...i just SAW the ad on M1 website which says FREE INCOMING for PREPAID CUSTOMERS...and for once i tot its for real..but look at the FINE print at the bottom:
*To enjoy free incoming calls, there will be a daily deduction of 70¢ and a minimum balance of 70¢ is required.
Okie...not that attractive afterall...thou shall try to get my plan CHANGED for once....
