NAPFA Test
Alright...this test is a nightmare...My score
Pullup: 7 (cheating allowed..lol) - 3pts
ShutterRun: 10.6s or 10.8s cannot hear properly...10.8 - 1pt, 10.6-2pt
Situps: 51 (omg...slap me...how can i do 51...timer spoil i think) -5pt
Standing Broadjump: 211cm (212cm- 1pt, 222cm - 2pt) -0pt
Sitn reach: 36cm - 2pt
Overall - FAILED...because of that SJB =(
Oh...2.4km is pending for score...but i think i didn't make it...came in 21st position..lol N alot of guys cmi lor...pull up die liao...
